An authentic message from Spirit is always one in the theme of unity--of an ever widening heart. This year’s summer solstice message is about increasing awareness to wholeness--wholeness within our selves in relation with the Kosmos & the Earth body; in our love and family relationships; and with the collective “other.” It is all about an increasing connection to unity and our undivided presence. We always begin and end in the eternal present. If we dwell in the past or project into the future, we lose. Presence is a gift of the moment where our true nature in clarity dwells.

So, in exploring this learning curve to unity consciousness—expressed as trial and error in life, we come against roadblocks that represent our level of resistance to what is. Our resistance points directly to areas that need growth in the expansion of our realities.

Essentially, the energies of the Summer Solstice bring awareness to all this and how we may better relate to one another in the arena called life. Today marks a pivotal period of alignment and the integration of our experiences from wherever we are, which requires presence.

Maintaining presence is the necessary healing balm for transformation. Living in the eternal now we uncover our pain without sidestepping it. In letting go to what is, we may feel lousy for a while, but at least there is light at the end of the tunnel as we accept and move through our emotional baggage. When we feel the fear and do it anyway we realize that what we feared was not so scary after all, that our beliefs manufactured a particular reality that was false. And that falsehood did not represent the truth.

Observe beliefs for inner conflict. Heal beliefs, judgments and their perceptions. It will change the world within and the world that we abide in begins to heal before our very eyes. As the hermetic phrase states,“As within, so without, as above, so below!”

There are myriad opportunities that await us. Go for it--the psychological timeline of life is short. There is a Kosmic implode whose origins arise from deep within …seize the energy, use it to heal the body-mind & spirit. This integration phase is vitally necessary in humanities transformation from divided consciousness with self, the human family, the Earth body and Kosmic overlight.
