Simplicity and Unity
A Spiritual Focus for Our World

To live with simplicity is to unburden our lives—to live more lightly, cleanly, aerodynamically. ~Duane Elgin
At a time when we have heard the spectrum of excuses for the failing order in place and unworthy actions that ask for our trust just long enough until the next dupe... the shifting of the pieces on the chessboard are rearranging into new patterns of thought and behavior. This peaceful warrior has recognized the timely fact that an inner re-evolution must meet the outer need. Our inner paradigm is reflected outwardly into the world, so when we do not like something, we must look within and make those inner adjustments. Keep in mind that kindness to self and all life is a “pay it forward” type of energy. We attract what we emanate. Physical and mental soundness are attendant upon positive attitudes. When we our efforts benefit life, our reflection then becomes a focused beam of light, emanating love and clarity of purpose and we lead by example.

Living by example is a way that social memes are created into acceptance, both positive and negative. They are the transgenerational conditionings of world societies. So, here we must question our beliefs and how they came to be. From those beliefs, what example are we reflecting into the world? This is where we each share a piece of our selves, our energy imprint into the collective mindstream - the database of consciousness. What are we emanating and revealing to the world about our selves? What part of us are we giving our attention to, ego or Spirit?

Ponder these questions because amidst the outer chaos and political theatre is a nebulous transition that is opportune in loosening the stranglehold on our body-mind. In the eventuality that these points of tensions meet, that is inner reality with outer reality, the bubble of illusion is pierced. In its bursting, glamour loses its appeal as it stands revealed for what it is, an illusion. We then see the magnetic lure of illusion as a weight on personal creativity and a downslide into mediocrity. We finally get that the deep focus on material things that society upholds as “must-have’s” has always been at the cost of spiritual values for the upholding of the ego structure. Remember, that power and perception go hand in hand.

Change occurs via the mind. And, as we step back, shift our consciousness to realign and redirect our growing pains from things that burden and distract us from living our Greater Self, we see how the global financial crisis is a move towards the freedom of simplicity that enables us to formulate a new world thought. A simpler approach to life offers tremendous opportunity to serve the souls plan as a great “army of implacable spiritual will,” in a time of momentous decision.

“Simplicity and unity are related, for simplicity is one-pointedness of outlook and clarity of purpose, and these are descriptive of life lived at a point of spiritual tension. In such a state one becomes a participant in a process of distribution of spiritual energy from the highest realms of our planetary life to the outermost reaches of life on earth, and this is the opportunity [before us].” ~Lucis Trust

The imperative of our Age is about goodwill—the sharing of resources and cooperation. As a responsive cooperative channel–the collective heart of humanity and Mother Earth herself makes every effort to release the waters of life and pour it forth for a thirsty world. Earth is a part of us and reacts to the Universal Energy field of the collective of humanity and since there is no opposing force strong enough to transform the subconscious, the way to heal it is through new experiences that play out differently than the old. When we imagine a better world and share through good-will we eventually make the inner shift real in the outer world. Everyone quenches their thirst and swims in the waters of the Divine heart of creation, the waters that support the womb of life, that seed thought, that nourishes the Soul.

This sharing in all human relations is the gift of the Aquarian Age for it contains the seeds of solution to the world’s crisis on all levels of living, both personal and in all relations, human and otherwise. Sharing opens the heart and lets in the flow of Love to absorb, circulate and distribute throughout the world.

Let us, as a cohesive, united force of Light begin to understand the significance of group power in these quickening stages of our evolution and set as an example, the characteristic of sharing of new ideas for future sustainability on all levels of existence born through the genuine desire to help, and thus, to lead firmly with commitment and appropriate action to assure that the outcome is what we envision.

Alice Bailey wrote that, “this sharing, beginning on the physical plane, will prove equally true of all human relations and this will be the great gift of the Aquarian Age to humanity.”

We are wise to expand our vector of consciousness to the fact!

The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been two hundred years.
These nations have progressed through this sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith;
from spiritual faith to great courage;
from courage to liberty;
from liberty to abundance;
from abundance to selfishness;
from selfishness to complacency;
from complaceny to apathy;
from apathy to dependence;
from dependency back again into bondage.
