Here Now
There
is so much to look forward to in living a more creative,
yet a simple life of joy. 2012 brings us those possibilities.
With the non-esssentials cut out we finally pause
to stop
and smell the flowers
-to step into presence. Full presence opens to reception
our inner directive whose guidance system is the Spirit
in Nature. Always seek to maintain presence. This way
there is authenticity of Being and little delusion to
confound.
Step
out of the syncopated rhythm of the city and surf
the Spiritual impulse of Natures flow. Natures
rhythm will always support us into better feeling states.
This is essential to remember for times of frustration,
nervous tension and confusion. Grounding our phsycial
bodies into Earth Wisdom with Mindful presence dissolves
dissonant energies to restore wellbeing and clarity.
It is time to "earth"
into Nature - to ground our presence of Being through
our bodies.

are always connected at the unconscious level to the
life matrix or we would expire. There is a tether of
consciousness between Nature and the mind of each of
us and a bond to the Earth through the physical body.
These dual connections simultaneously ground the Body
awareness into a stable vessel to assimilate incoming
streams of intelligence and feeling pathways of relatedness.
Mindfulness of the present and mindfulness combined
with action
is
key!” Spirit
and matter produce the united response of empathy to
the need of the moment. Participate in the New Earth vision
of cooperation and goodwill, engage in creating, co-evolve
with Nature and cultivate whole
