The body detoxification program involves a pre-procedure of (self) massage with healing oils to move toxins and bring them to the natural excretory sites. The entire cleansing process takes anywhere from five to 21 days, and often includes the use of fresh produce, herbal teas, nasaya and colon detoxification therapies along with the subtler therapies of homeopathics, herbs, aromatherapy and vibrational healing modalities.

The process of the detox cycle generally consists of cleansing the intestines to cure digestive and eliminative related problems. Nasaya or nasal insufflation to cleanse the sinuses which improve memory and intellectual function. Teas and herbs to cleanse the blood, lymphatics and skin, and the organs and tissues. The vibrational energy therapies are used to balance the endocrine glands and nervous system; major and minor chakras; and dissolve miasms. And finally, body wisdom is accessed to teach you how to self-manage your health and wellbeing.
